For our client, one of the largest insurance and financial services organizations in Poland undergoing digital and AI-driven transformation, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Senior Project Manager TAI

Work mode:  Hybrid (Warsaw)

Compensation : 120-135 PLN/h net (+ VAT)

Contract type : B2B, through Hays Poland

Project & Role Overview:

You will be responsible for leading complex IT and AI-related initiatives in a large enterprise environment. The role combines project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with AI-related legal and ethical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee IT projects, including initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Coordinate cooperation between development teams, data analysts, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, AI Act, and AI governance standards.
• Support software procurement processes and vendor management activities.
• Prepare and maintain project management documentation, budgets, schedules, and project registers.
• Plan and coordinate team activities and provide regular project status reporting.
• Manage project risks, budgets, timelines, and dependencies.
• Participate in strategic reviews and present project progress to senior management.
• Support business process transformation and technology change initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology and business transformation projects.
• Experience managing projects involving AI, cloud solutions, or advanced digital initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Understanding of AI governance, AI ethics, explainable AI (XAI), data bias, GDPR, and AI Act.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing interdisciplinary teams and external vendors.
• Strong risk, budget, and change management capabilities.
• Higher education in a technical or quantitative field.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Warsaw.

Nice to have:

• Experience within financial services, insurance, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Familiarity with data analytics and solution architecture topics.
