Global Head of Demand Planning & Forecasting

???? We’re hiring: Global Head of Demand Planning & Forecasting | Warsaw (Hybrid)

On behalf of our client, a global consumer goods organisation, we are looking for a strategic leader to drive demand planning and forecasting excellence.

You will own the end-to-end demand planning framework, lead the S&OP / IBP Demand Review, and drive transformation through advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions. This role is key to improving forecast accuracy, aligning cross-functional teams, and enabling better business decisions.

???? Location: Warsaw (city centre)
???? Hybrid model: 2 days home office / 3 days in the office

???? We’re looking for:
• Strong experience in Demand Planning / IBP (FMCG preferred)
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in forecasting, analytics, and planning tools (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, etc.)
• Track record in driving transformation
