Senior Maintenance Manager

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in production company , automotive experience will be desirable
• A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) – mandatory requirement.
• Experience in establishing and developing a maintenance department.
• Knowledge of metal stamping/forging, metal forming processes, and clinching techniques.
• Experience with air (ATEQ) and helium leak testing.
• Fluency in English
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in critical situations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
