OCM and AI Training Specialist

• 2–4 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation ideally within a large, complex organization or consulting environment.
• Prosci certification or equivalent (ADKAR methodology experience required)
• Proven ability to deliver change workstreams in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder programs
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to adapt tone and content for different audiences (leadership, technical, all-employee)
• Comfortable working with AI tools and technology platforms; curiosity about how AI is reshaping the way we work
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required
• Availability to travel as needed

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with UX/UI tools (e.g. Figma, Miro, or similar)
