As a Modern Work Consultant , you will help design and deliver training programs, workshops, and adoption activities that support users in embracing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot. You’ll translate product capabilities into real-life scenarios, work closely with business and IT teams, and contribute to successful, measurable adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and learning materials for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot.
• Help develop enablement plans, adoption roadmaps, and learning frameworks tailored to business needs.
• Translate technical features into easy-to-understand, role‑based scenarios and user-friendly documentation.
• Conduct user sessions, demos, and onboarding activities in collaboration with senior team members.
• Work with IT, HR, change management, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and user engagement.
• Contribute to guides, learning assets, and digital materials that promote long-term usage.
