Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for internship roles, primarily within corporate functions
• Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews
• Build strong and trusted relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and align on strategies

Our requirements

• First experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within graduate or internship programs
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and build strong partnerships
• Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools
• A proactive, goal-oriented, and self-driven mindset, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast paced environment
• Fluent French and English (C1/C2); Polish is a plus
