Your responsibilities

  • Partnering with Learning Business Partners and stakeholders to understand business challenges, capability gaps, and learner needs.
  • Translating business requirements into effective learning architectures, learning journeys, and experience strategies.
  • Leading and facilitating collaborative learning design workshops and design thinking sessions.
  • Creating learning blueprints, storyboards, prototypes, and other design assets that communicate learning concepts clearly.
  • Managing end-to-end learning design activities, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, risks, and quality standards.
  • Supporting the transition of learning solutions from design into development and delivery.
  • Monitoring learning effectiveness and using feedback, insights, and data to continuously improve solutions.
  • Driving innovation by exploring new learning methodologies, technologies, and AI-enabled design approaches.
  • Leveraging AI tools to support learning analysis, ideation, content structuring, and design efficiency while ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with Instructional Designers, SMEs, Delivery teams, and other learning professionals to create integrated learning experiences.

Our requirements

  • Experience designing high‑quality digital, blended, and/or face‑to‑face learning solutions in a corporate environment.
  • Strong grounding in adult learning principles, learning architecture, and learner‑centred design.
  • Ability to translate business and capability needs into clear learning journeys and experience designs.
  • Confident facilitator of collaborative learning design workshops and structured design conversations.
  • Skilled at visualising and documenting learning designs (e.g. blueprints, storyboards, prototypes).
  • Creative and people‑centred, with a strong focus on learner engagement and real performance impact.
  • Delivery‑focused, able to manage multiple design activities, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines.
  • Data‑aware, using insight, feedback, and evidence to improve learning solutions over time.
  • Comfortable using AI as a design and productivity partner to support analysis, ideation, iteration, and efficiency - applying sound judgement to validate outputs.
  • Preferable: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or equivalent experience.
