Due to continued growth and the expansion of its Global Business Services structure, we are currently seeking an experienced payroll professional to join their team in Wrocław.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in payroll execution
• Maintain employee data in Workday and local payroll systems
• Handle payroll interfaces, reporting, and audits
• Perform data validation checks before payroll runs
• Manage statutory deductions and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and external payroll vendors
• Support payroll projects, including system upgrades and testing

The Successful Applicant

• 2-5 years of payroll experience (preferably in organisations with 500+ employees)
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
• Experience with HR/payroll systems ( Workday is a plus )
• Good knowledge of statutory payroll requirements
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
