Your responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and supply chain, to understand operational needs and challenges.
• Design and conduct experiments to evaluate new technologies, materials, and methods for process improvement.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes, tools, and best practices to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing processes to identify root causes of production issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Evaluate and recommend equipment and tooling upgrades to enhance process capabilities and reduce downtime.
• Prepare and present reports on process performance and improvement initiatives to management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes and technologies.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process engineering or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of process design, analysis, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and process simulation tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO).
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot process issues effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess process performance and efficiency.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards relevant to manufacturing processes.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking opportunities for process enhancements and cost reductions.
