Accounts Payable Specialist (German Speaker)

Your responsibilities

• Accounts Payable Management including invoice processing, master data management, payment run and reconciliation of creditor accounts
• Fixed asset accounting incl. depreciation run
• Charging-on invoices to funds and clients, Intercompany recharges incl. issuing invoices
• Travel – expense management
• Open items management and chosen GL accounts reconciliation
• Accrual Share Point management and posting
• Managing of GL accounting (chosen activities e.g., Bank statement posting, active accruals or deferred income postings)
• Back-Up for other team members within the AP Team

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related subject.
• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in accounting (ideally in accounts payable accounting).
• Strong understanding of Finance processes.
• Knowledge of SAP (or a comparable ERP system)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook);
• Fluency in English and German (min. requirement B1) – both verbal and written communication.
