Procure-to-Pay (Finance) Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Processing vendor invoices for payment
• Verifying / approve invoice and travel expense data for accuracy and completeness
• Invoice processing, payment travel expense administration, and travel and expense procedures
• Reviewing and approving invoices and payments processed by junior staff
• Analyzing and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers
• Conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues
• Participating in the development and implementation of new procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Performing tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with accounting processes
• Responsible for output quality of dedicated field of work

Our requirements

• Higher education – preferred field of study: Accounting, Finance
• Min. 1 - 3 years of work experience in the field of accounts payable/procure to pay in an international environment (Professional experience in the field of in SSC will be appreciated)
• Very good English skills (verbal and written – B2 or higher)
• Other European language as optional
• Skilled in MS Office package (Excel) and good knowledge of SAP system
• Analytical skills and outside the box thinking and continuous improvement mindset
• Process transition & optimization skills desired
• Team player able to work in a cross cultural environment
• Attention to details & focus on Customer experience
