Your responsibilities

• Produce all digital materials (such as digital banners, online leaflets, video, etc.) based on central guidelines and in a way that strengthens Jula’s brand in the local market.
• Create and publish content on Jula’s social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram) in collaboration with local team and central social Media department.
• Make and distribute newsletters to Jula’s customer database setting the content and segmentation in consultation with the local team and CRM department.
• Ensure that Jula communicates with the local market in a relevant manner and adheres to strategic guidelines, such as our graphic profile, brand book, and tone of voice guide.
• Staying up to date on trends in online media within the local market to ensure that Jula keeps pace with digital developments.
• Produce all digital materials needed for the local marketing activity plan.
• Produce all digital materials needed to optimize central marketing activities for the local market.
• Create digital content for commercial PR activities.
• Participate in translation work and ensure that we use language consistent with our strategic guidelines.
• Assistance during new stores openings: taking photos, managing real-time communication on social media.
• Support in cross-border production work.
• Involvement in offline productions.

Our requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience as online marketing specialist/graphic designer or social media specialist in media agency or similar position in marketing department, preferably in international retail, with strong commercial mindset.
• Good knowledge of Adobe CC, as well as Canva :)
• Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite, in particular, posting on Facebook and Instagram.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point.
• Basic knowledge of CRM programmers will be an added value but this is not necessarily required.
• Excellent communication, cooperation and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish – verbally and written.
• Flexibility and adaptiveness to changing priorities.
