We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Data Scientist GenAI & RAG for our client from the life science industry.

Offered salary

Salary: from […] to […] PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

• Have strong hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Python , with a passion for building production-ready AI solutions.
• Have practical experience designing and developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Understand embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and retrieval optimization — and know how to apply them to real-world challenges.
• Are comfortable working with complex, structured and unstructured datasets to uncover meaningful insights.
• Know how to evaluate and improve AI/ML model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Have experience with at least one major cloud platform — AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable Python code and think beyond experimentation.
• Bring a product mindset, take ownership, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Are curious about Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and emerging GenAI technologies — bonus points if you’ve already worked with them.
