Your responsibilities

• Act as a finance partner for production department.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including costs, margins, and profitability.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes coordinated by the FICO Manager.
• Monitor performance vs. budget and explain key variances.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations for management.
• Support business case evaluations (e.g., investments, process improvements, new products).
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure consistency between controlling data and accounting figures.
• Cooperate closely with the accounting team.

Our requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and business mindset.
• Very good Excel skills - experience with BI tools is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with operational teams.
• Proactive and hands-on approach.
• Good command of English.

Optional

• Knowledge of German will be an advantage.
