Purpose

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at BVI Medical , you will be part of our international Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment activities across Europe and North America. From your first day, you will play an active role in the recruitment process - partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, coordinating interviews, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience, and helping attract top talent. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across multiple countries, managing calendars and ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
• Support recruiters with candidate pipeline management and applicant tracking system administration.
• Review applications and assist with candidate shortlisting.
• Conduct initial phone screenings for selected positions (training provided).
• Support direct sourcing activities through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives across the business.

Qualification

• Previous internship or hands-on experience in recruitment, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
• Practical experience coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Experience conducting phone screenings or direct sourcing would be a plus.
• English and French (both written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
