- Coordinate interviews across multiple countries, managing calendars and ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
- Support recruiters with candidate pipeline management and applicant tracking system administration.
- Review applications and assist with candidate shortlisting.
- Conduct initial phone screenings for selected positions (training provided).
- Support direct sourcing activities through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives across the business.
- Previous internship or hands-on experience in recruitment, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
- Practical experience coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Experience conducting phone screenings or direct sourcing would be a plus.
- English and French (both written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
