ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from German-speaking customers regarding their transactions, needs, or issues. Listen actively to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide practical solutions in German or Italian Build and maintain strong relationships with German/Italian-speaking customers and colleagues based on trust and reliability. Utilize company software and tools effectively to assist German-speaking customers and maintain accurate records. Adhere to departmental metrics and goals while consistently delivering excellent customer service. Make appropriate product or service recommendations to German-speaking customers based on their needs.
