Your responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement Lean Warehousing principles.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of warehouse documentation.
  • Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and documentation.
  • Manage inventory, including raw materials, consumables, spare parts, machinery, and PPE.
  • Monitor material movements and inventory transactions.
  • Supervise unloading, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, and Logistics departments.
  • Control warehouse costs and optimize inventory levels.
  • Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes.
  • Operate and oversee warehouse management systems.
  • Ensure workplace organization according to 5S principles.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.

Our requirements

  • Experience as a Warehouse Lead, Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, slotting, put-away, picking, line feeding, and inventory audits.
  • Experience managing and developing warehouse teams.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Practical knowledge of inventory management principles, including FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, ABC analysis, reorder points, minimum and maximum stock levels, and safety stock.
  • Experience working with warehouse documentation and inventory control processes.
  • Experience in warehouse cost control and obsolete materials management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to analyze warehouse data and optimize processes using Lean Warehousing, 5S, Kaizen, and PDCA methodologies.
  • Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication in an international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Optional

  • Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of advanced logistics and warehouse optimization methodologies.
