Python Developer (Warszawa)

Required skills & experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Python Developer, preferably with a data or backend focus .
• Strong Python skills, including experience with data-processing libraries such as pandas and building REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask .
• Solid SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL and/or Oracle .
• Experience building and orchestrating data pipelines , ideally using Airflow .
• Good knowledge of Git, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD practices .
• Good understanding of API design and system integration .
• Ability to work confidently in English within an international team .

Nice to have

• Full-stack experience, particularly with Angular – a strong advantage due to the Motortrade front end.
• Experience with cloud data infrastructure and containerisation .
• Exposure to event streaming technologies , such as Kafka.
• Familiarity with data-quality and observability tools .
• Understanding of machine-learning workflows and the ability to collaborate with data scientists.
• Experience in automotive, leasing, pricing or remarketing is an advantage, but is not required.

We are looking for a Python Developer to join our IT team and contribute to the development of a data-driven platform supporting vehicle pricing, mapping and recommendations. Hybrid working model with 50% attendance required at the Warsaw office.

In this role, you will work across data pipelines, backend services, APIs and system integrations , helping transform business and pricing logic into robust, scalable and maintainable software.
