Your responsibilities Build and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific business use cases
Contribute to the development and testing of voice-to-text pipelines
Design, implement, and iterate on conversational agents interacting via text and speech
Prepare and annotate text and audio datasets for training and validation
Develop prototype agentic applications (e.g., chatbots, task-oriented assistants) using Python
Evaluate model outputs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
Explore emerging GenAI techniques and suggest production-ready enhancements
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and team stand-ups while working closely with senior engineers
Our requirements
Strong Python programming skills with knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers or similar
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (especially NLP, speech processing, or autonomous agents)
Familiarity with transformer architectures, Hugging Face ecosystem, and prompt engineering
Hands-on experience with open-source models (e.g., Whisper, Vosk) and audio-processing pipelines or agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, smolagents)
Ability to clean and prepare large-scale text and audio datasets
Experience with Git (creating pull requests, code reviews)
Strong analytical thinking and ability to clearly communicate results
Ability to work with technical documentation and scientific papers
English min. B2 level
German language skills (min. B1),
Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, CI/CD for ML models)
Knowledge of audio signal processing (e.g., FFT, mel spectrograms)
Background in UX/UI design for conversational or voice interfaces
