Senior Front-End BI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Strategy (MicroStrategy).
• Administer and manage the Strategy platform, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with business users to gather, analyze, and translate reporting requirements into effective BI solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for front-end BI topics, supporting users and promoting best practices.
• Work in strong partnership with the Back-End/DWH team to ensure data availability, consistency, and proper modeling.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting capabilities and user experience.
• Provide training and support to business users when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Strategy (MicroStrategy).
• Strong expertise in dashboard design, report development, and platform administration.
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and data modeling principles.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Relevant Strategy (MicroStrategy) certifications are required.
