Job Title: E-commerce Operations Specialist (All genders)

Responsibilities

• Managing and processing orders from the online shop (D2C channel) end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Handling day-to-day operational activities, including order status updates, returns, and RMA processes.
• Monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment activities to ensure product availability in the warehouse.
• Collaborating closely with the Digital team and external partners to ensure smooth order execution and customer experience.
• Supporting daily operational tasks in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, or E-commerce environment.
• Good understanding of order processing and stock management.
• Solid Excel skills, both for operational use and basic data analysis.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
