Your responsibilities, analyzes business and technical requirements;, designs and executes test cases;, leads and supports tester teams;, reports quality status and risks clearly;, strengthens client trust and delivery quality.

extensive experience in software testing and test analysis (4+ years of experience);, analytical thinking, active listening, and adaptability aligned with Capgemini values in dynamic, international environments;, hands-on experience with testing ecosystems, supporting quality and delivery governance;, ISTQB certification or equivalent;, client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills, supporting business transformation through quality-driven decisions;, solid understanding of modern web and delivery technologies, including frontend, backend and CI/CD practices;, proven leadership skills, including decision making, influencing stakeholders, and effective collaboration within and across teams;, English and German proficiency on B2 level.
