Associate Director Project Management, PMO

Lead complex global program initiatives and project delivery across business transformations, system implementations, and process improvements. Serve as strategic partner to senior leadership, managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated global program initiatives aligned with company strategy and innovation goals
• Define project scope, goals, and success metrics in partnership with senior leadership
• Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams in matrix organization structures
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• 10+ years clinical systems implementation experience with executive and vendor management
• Advanced degree plus 10 years experience, or bachelor's degree plus 15 years managing complex global programs
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or Agile); change management certification preferred
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale business transformations or system integrations
• Strong understanding of data strategies and platforms from delivery perspective
• Proficiency in English; experience in regulated or GCP environments preferred
