Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and manage contracts with existing and new partners.
• Monitor market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to optimize product assortment.
• Develop and implement new offers, promotions, and product ideas.
• Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, content) to deliver high-quality offers.
• Explore investment opportunities in partner relationships.
• Participate in international projects and contribute innovative ideas.
• Work proactively to achieve sales and performance targets.

Our requirements

• Results-oriented mindset with strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in partner management, sales, or marketing.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office tools.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for teamwork and taking initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
