Junior Consultant (HCM, with German)
Capgemini
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with SAP HCM systems
- Familiarity with German payroll and HR processes
- Ability to analyze and correct basic errors in personnel data and payroll processing
- Very good command of German (English is an advantage)
- Very good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Motivation to learn and further develop expertise in the SAP HCM area
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other modules.

Your role
As a Junior SAP HCM Consultant, you will kick-start your career in an international environment, supporting global clients in payroll and HR processes. You will work hands-on with SAP HCM, helping ensure accurate payroll delivery, resolving data and process issues, and contributing to system enhancements.
From day one, you’ll collaborate with experienced consultants across borders, gain exposure to German payroll, and develop your skills in system configuration, testing, and client advisory- building a strong foundation for your future in SAP HCM.
Your project
Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies.
