Your responsibilities

• Along with the Head of Recruitment & Country Manager, work on core business operational processes within recruitment.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and placing candidates for a variety of roles.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and delivering excellent service.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, database searches, and social media, to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct thorough interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessments to ensure the best cultural and professional fit.
• Collaborate with team members across the Baltics to share insights and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to maintain a competitive edge and provide clients with valuable advice.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company’s client base in Poland.

Our requirements

• At least 2 or more years of experience in white-collar recruitment or headhunting, within a reputable agency or recruitment firm.
• Strong knowledge of the recruitment process, with proven success in sourcing and placing candidates at various levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, databases, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing (Traffit, LinkedIn Recruiter, Claude, Pipedrive)
• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an advantage (or equivalent work experience).
