Project Manager

Location: Warsaw/Gdańsk/Gdynia/Łódź (hybrid work model) Work model: 3 days per week from the office Rate: 165 PLN/h net + VAT Cooperation period: Long-term engagement / Long-term cooperation Overview We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with a PMI certification who can lead projects end-to-end as the sole PM. The ideal candidate is comfortable switching between structured Waterfall delivery and Agile execution, particularly where governance, documentation, and control are critical. A strong understanding of cloud technologies (such as Azure) and the cybersecurity domain is highly desirable. Main Responsibilities Initiate, plan, and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains. Own the full project lifecycle including scope, planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies as suited to the project requirements. Apply structured Waterfall practices and clear documentation for consistency and governance. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate. Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud services, business units, and security. Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements throughout projects. Provide clear reporting, manage risks, and offer decision support to stakeholders. Key Requirements PMI certification (CAMP or preferred PMP). Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile project delivery. Proven experience as the sole Project Manager on IT projects. Experience in IT transformation and integration projects. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Cloud and Cybersecurity domains including: Firewalls (FW), Proxy solutions. Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database Activity Monitoring. Endpoint Protection. Security Monitoring. Vulnerability management, Security baselines. Identity & Access Management (IAM). Network Security. Azure Cloud Architecture. Nice to Have Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
