Climate Collective Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting climate tech startups. We work within the climate ecosystem to foster innovation by connecting startups with funding, investors, education, and accelerator programs. Our remote team of above 50 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-related challenges.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and impact-oriented Analyst to join our Innovation Ecosystem team. The Analyst will play a key role in designing, coordinating, and executing our innovation programs across South Asia. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in startup programs, sustainability, or project management who are passionate about climate innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Support the end‑to‑end planning and execution of innovation ecosystem programs for early‑stage and mature‑stage startups.
- Manage application processes, startup onboarding, and program timelines.
- Coordinate mentor matching, session scheduling, and logistics for virtual and in‑person components.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for cohort engagement, communications, and deliverables.
Startup & Ecosystem Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for selected startups, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.
- Conduct regular check‑ins and collect feedback to improve program delivery.
- Assist in identifying and onboarding mentors, speakers, and ecosystem experts.
Communications & Content
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for program decks, newsletters, and social media.
- Contribute to impact reports, startup case studies, and knowledge resources.
- Support outreach campaigns for startup recruitment across South Asia.
- Conduct market scans and secondary research to identify promising startups, ecosystem trends, and innovation opportunities.
5 Events
- Assist in managing the event run‑of‑show by supporting the senior team to ensure all activities and schedules are executed smoothly.
- Provide on‑site and off‑site operational support during events, helping with setup, registrations, coordination and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely deliveries and follow‑up on requirements as instructed.
- Support in preparing event materials, logistics planning, documentation, and post‑event reports.
- Managing registration platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Luma).
- Overseeing technical AV requirements for virtual/hybrid events.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Development Studies, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in program coordination, startup support, consulting, or sustainability initiatives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for climate tech, entrepreneurship, and South Asia’s innovation landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with tools like Slack, Click‑up, Notion, Airtable, or Trello is a plus.
- Experience with CRM (Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce) and Content Management System/Platform is a plus.
- Prior experience in a startup, accelerator/incubator, or impact‑focused organization is preferred.
