About the project, Are you ready to solve IT challenges and help people work better every day?, Join our international IT support team as a System Engineer. You’ll diagnose, guide, and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operations across our organization., , Employer: International sensor company, , Location: Bielsko-Biała (hybrid work model about 2 days a month—to be determined on a case-by-case basis), , Technology stack: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, VMware, Microsoft Server

Your responsibilities, Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex IT issues, analyzing problems to find root causes;, Ensure stability and performance of IT systems while proactively improving them through automation and best practices;, Maintain documentation and task tracking in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);, Coordinate and support application and infrastructure releases with well-documented deployments;, Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender) and compliance monitoring.

3+ years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role;, Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments;, Hands-on experience with AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO;, Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation; knowledge of Python is considered an advantage;, Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including VM management;, Good understanding of IT security practices (endpoint protection, compliance, monitoring);, Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent professional training;, Fluent English (German or other languages are a plus).

Optional, Experience with cloud-based virtual desktop solutions;, Basic network troubleshooting skills;, Experience with release processes and DLP policies.
