Senior Import Specialist with Spanish or Portuguese

Responsibilities:

• Execute import and export activities, ensuring accurate and timely shipments.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with both internal and external customers to ensure transparency in transactional activities.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
• Enforce adherence to all processes, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage customer disputes by ensuring the correct shipment of products, quantities, and customer details.
• Support the development and automation of procedures in SAP to reduce waste and operational errors.
• Ensure all operations comply with local country regulations.
• Act as the Import Coordinator when required to maintain an effective backup structure.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Foreign Trade Operations. Experience in a process-driven environment would be highly valued.
• University degree (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and other process automation solutions is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to manage relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and drive appropriate solutions.
• Understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks in LATAM countries affecting supply chain and logistics operations.

Languages:

• Corporate language: English B2.
• Working with customers: Spanish or Portuguese C1.
