Key Account Manager

Summary
To develop an advanced relationship with strategically significant customers and drive penetration / revenue growth. The key focus is to be positioned as a single source supplier as far as possible, working almost in partnership with the customer, being involved in their development and decision process on matters of interest to us.
Tasks
- Become a DRS solution expert and trusted advisor to customers.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Deliver product demonstrations at demo facilities and customer trial sites.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Identify customer needs and position tailored Envipco solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle including RFI/RFP, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Create account-specific commercial agreements, pricing, and discount structures.
- Work cross-functionally to support successful customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- Degree educated (Business, Management, or Engineering preferred).
- Full driving licence.
- Proven B2B sales experience within a technical or capital equipment environment.
- Strong key account management and consultative selling experience.
- Grocery retail sector experience is advantageous.
