Graph Engineer (AI&Data)

At the AI&Data, we work locally and globally with over 200 Poland-based specialists. Our expertise spans data architecture and sectoral specialization. We collaborate with tech partners like Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, and Snowflake to implement cutting-edge solutions. We provide comprehensive support from strategy definition to solution implementation and development, covering all aspects of Data & Analytics.

THE WORK: 

• Design and implement knowledge graph solutions to connect and enrich enterprise data across structured and unstructured sources. 
• Collaborate with Data Architects, Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI teams to develop graph-based solutions supporting analytics and GenAI use cases.  
• Build and maintain semantic models, ontologies, taxonomies, and graph schemas that represent business concepts and relationships.  
• Develop and optimize graph data models and queries to improve data discovery, reasoning, and AI-powered insights.  
• Integrate knowledge graphs with enterprise Data & AI platforms, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI solutions.  
• Participate in client workshops, technical design sessions, and solution development activities for graph and AI initiatives.  
• Work flexibly across remote, client, and Accenture locations while collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely (most of the time), onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. • Experience in designing or implementing graph-based data solutions or semantic data models.  
• Understanding of knowledge graphs, ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic web concepts.  
• Familiarity with graph query languages and graph modelling principles.  
• Understanding of graph databases and their application in AI, analytics, and knowledge management.  
• Experience working with cloud-based Data & AI platforms and integrating multiple data sources.  
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. 

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 

• Experience with graph databases such as AWS Neptune, Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or Azure Cosmos DB (Gremlin).  
• Familiarity with RDF, OWL, SKOS, SPARQL, Gremlin, Cypher, or similar graph and semantic technologies.  
• Experience building Knowledge Graphs for RAG, Agentic AI, recommendation systems, or enterprise search.  
• Experience with data catalogue, metadata management, or semantic layer solutions, as well as consulting or solution shaping in the Data & AI domain.
