Your responsibilities

You will join the Sales department and support Key Account Managers in their daily tasks. This internship offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic sales environment by participating in key processes related to customer relationship management. We need someone who is available for at least 30 hours per week, and you can also work in the evenings.

Your main tasks:

• Analyze sales data from information systems

• Prepare logistics data

• Provide ongoing support to the Key Account Manager

• Create visually appealing presentations for clients and internal use

• Coordinate promotional activities and analyze their effectiveness

• Collaborate with Order Management, Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams

• Conduct market analysis and work with resale data to identify trends and consumer behaviors at both the channel and client levels

Our requirements

• Student in their 3rd year or above (economics, finance, management and related disciplines)
• Very good English (B2), fluent Polish nice to see
• Very good Excel skills (basic functions, pivot tables)
• Very good PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, independence and proactivity in action
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to work min. 30 hours per week in hybrid model (3 days in the office in Warsaw, 2 days remotely)
