Your responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash activities for international clients
• Monitoring customer accounts, following up on outstanding payments and supporting collection activities
• Posting and allocating incoming payments, processing refunds and maintaining customer accounts
• Resolving customer queries and ensuring professional communication in German and English via phone and e-mail
• Preparing reports, performing account reconciliations and ensuring data accuracy
• Working closely with internal departments to deliver high-quality customer service
• Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Contributing to the achievement of operational KPIs and service quality standards

Employer requirements

• Previous experience (approximately 2–3 years) in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash or a similar Finance & Accounting role
• Experience in a customer-oriented environment
• Very good command of German (minimum B2/C1) and English (minimum B2)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to organize work effectively and manage priorities
• Proactive attitude, strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Educational background in Finance, Accounting or Economics will be considered an advantage
