Lead Data QC Engineer

REQUIREMENTSExtensive experience (5+ years) in software testing, preferably within enterprise data or migration-focused projectsStrong experience with source-to-target reconciliation and ETL/pipeline validation testingExperience working with DatabricksHands-on in EST management tools, preferably QMetryPractical experience building automated test suites and regression frameworks using PythonUnderstanding of layered data architectures such as Bronze → Silver → GoldExperience validating Power BI or similar BI reporting solutionsFamiliarity with cloud-based data environments, preferably AWSStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skillsConfident communication skills in English, both written and verbal, in a multicultural and distributed setup ABOUT THE ROLEIn this role, you will contribute to a large-scale data platform modernization initiative for a leading energy company focused on renewable energy and nuclear operations. You will support quality assurance activities across complex data migration and transformation processes, helping ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within a regulated environment.
