- At least 6 years of professional experience in Android development, with strong hands-on skills in Kotlin and Java
- Practical, hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
- Solid understanding of mobile architecture and software design principles, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID
- Experience with CI/CD processes and good working knowledge of Git
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and Material Design, combined with experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Current residence in Poland
