We are looking for a Customer Order Management Specialist with German to join an international Customer Operations team.In this role, you will support end-to-end customer order processes, ensuring smooth execution, high data quality, and effective coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. You will also contribute to reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of operational processes.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, is detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills in an international setting.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
- Support customer collaboration processes through data preparation, reporting, and coordination
- Prepare performance scorecards and support regular business review cycles
- Coordinate inputs across key stakeholders (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance)
- Assist in issue tracking, follow-ups, and execution of action plans
- Maintain high data quality across order management and reporting processes
- Perform basic analysis to support operational decision-making
- Ensure timely execution of tasks within defined workflows and deadlines
- Support continuous improvement of customer operations processes
- University degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer order management or a similar role
- Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level)
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset
- Experience in stakeholder management and coordination is a plus
