Clinical Trial Manager

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee end-to-end study operations at country level in Warsaw. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and directing site feasibility and patient enrollment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact between country teams and global study stakeholders
• Oversee country-level feasibility processes, site validation, and study enrollment targets
• Plan and execute study start-up timelines in collaboration with local teams and GTAC
• Manage patient recruitment strategies, risk mitigation, and problem resolution at country level
• Ensure CTMS data completeness, eTMF documentation, and clinical trial package validation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in life sciences or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years of industry-related experience in clinical operations
• Deep understanding of GCP, ICH Guidelines, and local clinical research regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, CTMS, eDC, and eTMF systems
• Strong organizational, time management, and independent decision-making skills
• Fluent English and local language written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams and initiatives
