Your responsibilities

• Payroll Coordination:
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities for approximately 400 employees across the Europe & Asia-Pacific region.
• Partner with external payroll service providers.
• Review and validate payroll inputs before processing.
• Verify payroll outputs and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support year-end activities, audits, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Maintain payroll documentation in line with legal and audit requirements.
• Employee & Manager Support:
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding payroll processes, compensation, and payroll-related matters.
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
• Support employment-related and social security documentation processes.
• Deliver a high-quality employee experience through professional and timely payroll support.
• Reporting, Systems & Compliance:
• Prepare payroll reports, analyses, and reconciliations.
• Support Time & Attendance processes and systems.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with local legislation and internal requirements.
• Maintain and update payroll procedures and documentation.
• Projects & Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in international HR and Payroll projects.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve payroll processes.
• Support payroll transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of payroll experience.
• Experience working with external payroll providers is a strong asset.
• Good understanding of payroll processes and compensation administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with payroll and HR systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• High level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.

We are looking for a Global Payroll Specialist - Europe & Asia-Pacific to join our international HR team and support payroll operations across countries in Europe and Asia.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to further develop their international payroll experience, collaborate with HR and Finance teams across multiple countries, and contribute to global payroll improvement initiatives.

What Is This Role About?

Payroll processing across our supported countries is managed by specialized external payroll providers. Your role will focus on coordinating payroll activities, partnering with external vendors, and ensuring the quality, accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of payroll processes.

You will act as a key partner for HR, Finance, managers, and payroll providers while supporting approximately 400 employees across several countries in Europe and Asia.

You will work closely with our global HR and Payroll teams as well as external payroll partners across multiple countries.
