Jr RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER (MTB, MW, Kids) (F/M)

Salary Range: 10 900 - 14 100 PLN gross monthly  

 

ROLE OVERVIEW

Act as the bridge between regional strategy and local retail execution. You will own local 5P execution, production of activation materials, budget management, and ensure in-store efforts align with broader demand plans.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Strategy Adaptation: You will tailor regional strategies for the Polish market. This includes making recommendations on product assortment, setting up effective promotional mechanics, defining local pricing, and creating relevant activation tactics.
  • Asset Production: You will act as the custodian of our brand materials in the local market. You’ll own the production process for all in-store activation materials, ensuring they are adapted correctly from hub-provided assets and are ready for implementation.
  • Planning & Portfolio: You will lead the marketing input for our monthly demand planning, working closely with Sales and Planning teams. You are also responsible for simplifying our local portfolio specifically managing co-packed and customer-specific SKUs to reach our year-end SKU count goals.
  • Budget & Finance: You will have direct responsibility for the local marketing budget related to shopper execution. Your role is to optimize costs for physical activations while keeping everything within financial targets.
  • Performance & Collaboration: You will consistently analyze business results to develop recommendations and refine retail plans. You will also lead the localization of our Go-to-Market strategy and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with our sales teams to ensure our products are positioned for success.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in shopper marketing, category management, trade marketing, or customer development.
  • Strong grasp of the 5Ps, retail environments, and shopper touchpoint planning.
  • Analytical rigor with experience in promo evaluation and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management (Hub, CD, Finance, CS&L, Field).
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Measures of success

  • Delivery of category market share, Net Sales, Operating Profit, and margin improvement plans.
  • Improved ROI on shopper programs and trade spending.
  • Effective in-store execution and 5Ps compliance.

 

Travel and cadence

  • Approx. 15% travel.
  • At least one store check per month and one customer meeting per quarter; participate in customer category workshops.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary Range: 10 900 - 14 100 PLN gross monthly 

The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the position's requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the company's compensation framework.

Employees will also be eligible to the annual bonus plan - on target 8% of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance. 

The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
