About the Project We are seeking a Customer Data Platform (CDP) & SAP Engagement Cloud Specialist to join our team in Q4. In this role, you will design, configure, and manage unified customer profiles, data ingestion pipelines, and activation flows across enterprise CRM/CX landscapes. Work Mode: 100% Remote Location / Timezone: EMEA region (EU Citizenship / Work Permit required) Start Date: Q4 2026 Duration: 12 months (with extension potential) Engagement Model: B2B Job Responsibilities Design and implement unified customer profile concepts, including data ingestion, identity resolution, golden record logic, and audience segmentation. Configure end-to-end data flows and connectors between SAP CDP / Engagement Cloud and surrounding CRM, CX, and marketing systems. Manage consent, preference rules, and ensure strict alignment with data privacy and retention regulations (e.g., GDPR). Build and execute audience activation strategies across digital engagement channels. Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and optimize real-time customer data synchronization. Expectations In-depth expertise in Customer Data Platform (CDP) concepts: identity resolution, golden records, profile unification, and segmentation. Hands-on proficiency in configuring data connectors and integration flows with surrounding CRM/CX suites. Practical understanding of consent management, user preferences, and data privacy compliance (GDPR, retention policy). Demonstrated experience in at least 1 full-lifecycle CDP (or comparable enterprise customer data platform) implementation. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Nice to have: Hands-on experience specifically with SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) or SAP Emarsys / Engagement Cloud. Exposure to other CDP tools (e.g., Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud, Segment, Tealium, Adobe Real-Time CDP). German language skills.
