Your responsibilities, Deliver innovative and advanced applications on top of the best CRM and cloud platform, Identify business and functional requirements, Provide analytical support for clients and the development team, Customize Salesforce CRM and build new apps using clicks, not code, Grow and apply your knowledge of Salesforce to solve clients' business challenges

Experience in implementing CRM or ERP systems, Process knowledge in Sales, Customer Service or Finance, Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including process automation with Flows, Interest in trends and new technologies, Good analytical skills, Ability to understand and document business processes, Good communication and presentation skills, Creative approach to solving problems in projects, Good English

Optional, Experience in Real Estate or Pharma, Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification, Knowledge of SQL, Experience in using AI tools to support your work, French, German or Spanish – working proficiency
