Our YouTube Shorts channel creating Wholesome and Motivational 3D animated stories in a realistic Zack D Films and Wholesome Wendy-inspired style. We launched earlier this month and are already live, growing, and building momentum.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Target :

Produce high-quality wholesome and motivational 3D animated YouTube Shorts in a realistic Zack D Films and Wholesome Wendy-inspired style, with the flexibility to take on as much work as you can handle.

Tasks :

• Receive scripts, AI voiceovers, and editing from us

• Animate short-form videos in realistic 3D, focusing on storytelling, emotions, and visual quality

• Source or create the required 3D models, characters, environments, and other assets as needed

• Sync animations with the provided voiceover and story

• Deliver polished animation ready for our final editing and upload

• Maintain a consistent visual style based on our references

• Adapt animations for different voiceovers, including Spanish, when required

Key KPIs: On-time delivery, consistent quality and style, strong storytelling, efficient production, and the ability to handle higher content volume as the channel grows.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in realistic 3D animation — any level is welcome if your portfolio matches the style

• Strong skills in Blender, Unreal Engine, Maya, C4D, or similar 3D software

• Ability to source free 3D models, characters, and environments or create your own when needed; we’re working toward providing assets in the future

• Good understanding of animation, camera movement, composition, timing, and storytelling

• Ability to create wholesome and motivational animations inspired by Zack D Films and Wholesome Wendy

• English: working level (B1+)

• Plus: experience creating YouTube Shorts, TikTok, or other short-form social media content
