Your responsibilities, Be a key part of the consulting and delivery team during complex IT transformations for financial institutions, primarily in the insurance sector., Bridge the gap between business and technology by conducting business analysis, defining functional requirements, and translating technical findings into business-oriented conclusions., Promote and embed high Quality Assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that test strategies align with both business goals and technical architecture., Address challenges in the areas of DevOps, environment management, and software delivery engineering – specifically by supporting the design and optimization of environments, release strategies, and “route-to-live” pipelines., Ensure solution quality end-to-end – from designing and executing analytical test scenarios based on requirements, to driving UAT processes with business stakeholders., Prepare high-quality, client-facing materials, including workshop content, presentations, process documentations, and reports., Actively contribute within an Agile framework, taking full ownership of your workstreams while driving tasks forward in a dynamic, international environment.

At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, product ownership or solution delivery in complex enterprise environments., Good understanding of software delivery lifecycle, CI/CD, release management, test environments and route-to-live processes., Ability to structure ambiguous topics into clear deliverables, operating models, process flows, recommendations and executive-level materials., Understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies, test management, and UAT processes., Practical experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps., Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business-oriented conclusions., Ability to prepare high-quality documentation, workshop materials, presentations and client-facing reports., At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields., Great command of English language (at least C1 level)., To be able to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.

Optional, Experience with Azure, SaaS platforms, hybrid cloud environments., Understanding of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, observability, test data management or integration landscapes., Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data analysis.
