Order Fulfillment Specialist

Join our team in Holland for a rewarding role in the food logistics industry! We’re seeking motivated individuals to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse (between 4°C and 8°C) handling fresh produce, meat, dairy products, and baked goods. You’ll be utilizing voice picking technology to fulfill orders.

Warehouse Order Picker

As a Warehouse Order Picker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment in our temperature-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Utilize voice picking technology to efficiently complete orders.
• Unload and load deliveries.
• Wrap pallets with plastic film.
• Perform general warehouse tasks and housekeeping duties.
• Other warehouse duties as required.

What We Offer

• Attractive hourly wage paid weekly in Euros: €16.47 gross/hour (Base rate €15.25/hour + holiday allowance – Vakantiegeld – minimum 8% calculated from base hours).
• Potential wage increase after two weeks, based upon performance evaluation (minimum productivity level 100%). Detailed information will be provided in Holland. In this case, your hourly rate including holiday allowance (€Vakantiegeld) will increase to €16.85 gross/hour.
• Holiday entitlement : Minimum 20 days per year, pro rata based upon worked period, according to the client’s Collective Agreement (CAO).
• Shift Premiums for working in shift patterns:
• Monday – Friday:
• 06:00 – 19:00: Base rate (€15.25 gross).
• 19:00 – 23:00: Base rate + 25% (€19.06 gross).
• 23:00 – 06:00: Base rate + 40% (€21.35 gross).
• Saturday:
• 00:00 – 06:00: Base rate + 40% (€21.35 gross).
• 06:00 – 19:00: Base rate (€15.25 gross).
• 19:00 – 23:00: Base rate + 25% (€19.06 gross).
• 23:00 – 00:00: Base rate + 100% (€30.50 gross).
• Sunday:
• 00:00 – 23:00: Base rate + 100% (€30.50 gross).
• 23:00 – 00:00: Base rate + 40% (€21.35 gross).

Working Conditions

You’ll work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment (between 4°C and 8°C). Shifts will rotate, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Requirements

• Preferred English language proficiency.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Availability for a longer period.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
