Responsibilities
- Making corrections to point welds on machine-made reinforcement baskets
- Welding additional reinforcement bars to strengthen structures or install transport hooks
- Working in an automated production cycle with timely task completion required
- Teamwork on large reinforcement baskets (two workers per basket)
- Performing spot welding on reinforcement steel
- Welding using MAG and electrode methods
- General locksmith work
- Working at heights up to 6 meters
- Lifting elements up to 20 kg (heavier elements handled with cranes, lifts, or forklifts)
- Working under hearing protection in the production hall
- Adhering to safety regulations when working with oils, greases, and corrosive substances
- Mandatory use of protective clothing and adapting attire to hall temperatures (maximum 15°C in winter)
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of the German language
- Professional experience
