Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems. You will be responsible for developing high-performance APIs, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently in a remote environment while ensuring code quality, performance, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices
• Collaborate with frontend developers and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Mentor junior team members when required

Requirements

Technical Requirements

Must-Have:

• 3–5 years of backend development experience
• Strong expertise in WhatsApp voice integration (voice calls/voice messages)
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, DRF
• Expertise in RESTful API development
• Solid understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Strong OOP concepts and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with third-party API integrations
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
