Your responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and internal sales, quality, and product development teams.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality claims related to synthetic fibers used in carpet and flooring applications.
• Analyze the interaction between fiber properties and the tufting process, identifying potential causes of product performance issues.
• Conduct root cause analyses and prepare technical reports, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Support the resolution of customer disputes by providing objective technical assessments and expert opinions.
• Evaluate whether quality issues originate from the fiber, yarn, tufting process, downstream manufacturing operations, or product application.
• Participate in customer visits, technical audits, product trials, and troubleshooting activities.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of fiber products for carpet and flooring manufacturers.
• Monitor industry trends, technologies, and best practices within the carpet and flooring sector.

Our requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Practical experience and strong technical understanding of the tufting process and the manufacture of carpets and/or textile floor coverings.
• Several years of experience in a technical, quality, process, or production role within the carpet, flooring, or textile industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in quality and process-related matters.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and professionally.
• Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to participate in technical discussions and prepare professional reports.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
• Independent, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.

Optional

• Experience working with synthetic fibers, spinning, BCF yarns, or related raw materials used in carpet production.
• Familiarity with carpet quality testing methods and industry standards.
• Experience in customer complaint management, quality assurance, or technical service.
• Knowledge of automotive carpet, contract flooring, or residential carpet manufacturing processes.
• International industry experience and established professional network within the carpet and flooring sector.
