IT Governance Manager

Engenious is looking for an experienced IT Governance Manager for one of our client to support the organization on a temporary basis for approximately 3–4 months. The main objective of the assignment is to build up the IT Governance Framework, collect and structure existing information and documentation, update it and close identified gaps, while taking over the relevant IT Governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Build up IT Governance Framework - collect all information, maintain it, fill gaps.
• Assess effectiveness and efficiency of IT governance policies and processes.
• Support consistent governance application across IT.
• Maintain governance bodies, mandates, decision rights, policies and procedures.
• Regularly assess governance effectiveness and identify gaps, overlaps or unnecessary complexity.
• Update policies and governance mechanisms based on organizational or operating-model changes.
• Support IT departments in applying governance requirements.
• Ensure relevant governance expectations are reflected in interactions with strategic vendors and service providers.
• Coordinate with IT-Leadership, Architecture, PPM, Risk & Compliance, Cybersecurity and other stakeholders involved in IT Governance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional working experience in IT Governance area.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and organizational decision structures.
• COBIT Knowledge.
