Your responsibilities
- Lead and develop the DRP team, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous capability growth.
- Manage end-to-end distribution planning activities to optimize inventory deployment and product availability.
- Drive replenishment and inventory strategies across distribution centers and markets.
- Monitor and improve DRP KPIs, including service level, inventory health, and deployment accuracy.
- Identify and mitigate inventory risks, stock shortages, and distribution constraints.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
- Lead continuous improvement, network optimization, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
- Act as DRP Business Process Owner, driving process standardization, governance, and best practice adoption.
Our requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DRP, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or broader Supply Chain Planning roles.
- Proven people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in inventory deployment, replenishment planning, and network optimization.
- Solid understanding of IBP/S&OP processes and cross-functional planning environments.
- Experience managing supply chain risks and ensuring product availability across complex networks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Advanced knowledge of planning systems such as SAP IBP, SAP APO, or Blue Yonder, supported by strong Excel skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluent English and the ability to influence senior business partners.
- Readiness to work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 08:00 and 24:00 (late shifts up to 2–3 times per week).
